Homeopath.it guarantees the quality of any product which which it sells and certifies that the products manufactured for it and by it meet high standards of freshness and purity for customer use.

We are confident that our customers will find our products satisfactory in every way. However, if for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with any product purchased from Homeopath.it, you may request a refund from us within seven (7) days from the date you receive the product. We will offer you a full credit toward the purchase of other products or a full refund of the purchase price. Specific prescriptions that are made especially for individuals are non-returnable unless damaged or faulty. Only unopened items can be refunded in full.

This guarantee is limited only by the terms of certain specific warranties attached to or packaged with certain products and does not apply to any product intentionally damaged or misused. If you are not satisfied, Homeopath.it will honour the product guarantee quickly and courteously, according to the following instructions:

2. Ship the unused portion of the products to: Homeopath.it 11 Yeadon Close, Webheath, Redditch, B97 5TG.

3. Once your shipment is received, Homeopath.it will process the appropriate refund promptly.

NOTE You must seek and obtain authorization for a refund prior to returning any item.

Carriage and Shipping Costs

Costs for shipping and handling are non-refundable.

Cash Refunds

Exchanges

If an item is exchanged, new shipping and handling fees will be added.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend that you keep proper Proof of Delivery for any package you ship.
