AT PEACE - The Nerve Tonic
(Avena sativa, Ginseng, Ignatia)
Many herbal nerve tonics include Avena sativa and Ginseng. Over twenty years ago I added Ignatia in the Homeopathic potency for a lady patient who was suffering with grief. The results were so good that I added the Ignatia for other patients. Now it is a standard ingredient for in this hugely popular formula. This need for Ignatia must surely be a reflexion of the society in which we live.
Indications:-
- Nervous exhaustion
- Nervous tension
- Irritability
- Insomnia (sleeplessness)
- Exhaustion caused by over exertion
- To strengthen the nervous system.
- The stress of modern life.
Dosage:- One teaspoon in water 2-6 times daily, one dose mid evening and again on retiring.
